I am participating in the National Kidney Foundation’s 2016 Orange County Kidney Walk in Irvine on Sunday, June 5 as part of the Andren Team. Our team leader is Sue Andren, a member of our kidney support group. Sue is a kidney patient herself, and is seeking a living kidney donor. While I’m participating as part of Sue’s team, I am walking in honor of my wife Nancy’s birthday on June 6. Nancy needs a kidney transplant and is also seeking a living kidney donor.
You can support me in this project in three ways. First, you can SHARE this information on your Facebook page (and via your network of personal email contacts) so that your friends and family know about the Kidney Walk.
Second, you can make a donation to the National Kidney Foundation. There is no set amount, and any donation is welcome. Go to http://donate.kidney.org/site/TR/Walk/NKFServingtheWest?px=2727305&pg=personal&fr_id=8201 to donate.
Third, you can visit our dedicated Facebook page A Kidney for Nancy www.facebook.com/A-Kidney-for-Nancy-982414905167709/ and our website www.nancyflintkidney.com for more information about Nancy’s need for a kidney. There are many people like Sue and Nancy who need a new kidney to improve and extend their lives, and this walk is for those who need our help.
I would appreciate your support. David Flint
